Personal Information Collection Statements

This Statement is made by VTM Digital Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in

accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the Hong Kong Special

Administrative Region (the "Ordinance") for the purpose of illustration to the Client regarding the

reasons and purposes of personal data collection as well as the ways for the Client to inspect with the

Company the personal data collected. The terms referred to in this Statement shall have the same

meanings as defined in the Client Agreement.

Purpose of Collection

The Company may use the personal data held by us for the supply of service to you and any directly

related purposes. The Company may also use such personal data:

• To conduct the Service and the Equipment checks, through relevant the Service and the

Equipment reference agency, by VTM or by other institutions on VTM’s behalf;

• The delivery of the Equipment and the provision of the Service;

• To send information relating to the Service and the Equipment;

• To the collection of any sum payable by the Customer herein either by VTM or by its agent(s);

• To match the Data with other data collected from other purposes and from other sources

including third parties to enhance your customer experience; and/or

your personal data to the following third parties:

• Any subsidiaries, holding companies associated companies, or affiliates of, or companies

controlled by, or under common control with VTM;

• Any person or company who is acting for or on behalf of VTM, or jointly with VTM, in respect

of the purpose or a directly related purpose for which the Data was provided;

• Any other person or company (including The Hong Kong Construction Association, Limited

who fund the development of this product) who is under a duty of confidentiality to VTM and

has undertaken to keep such information confidential, provided such person or company has

a legitimate right to such information;

• VTM’s dealers, agents, contractors, suppliers and other information service providers and

• Your authorized representatives or your legal advisers when requested by you to do so;

• Third party service providers;

• Organizations who manage our business and corporate strategies (and for such purposes),

including those involved in a transfer/sale of all or part of our assets or business (including

accounts and trade receivables) and those involved in managing our corporate risk and

funding functions; and

• Any actual or proposed assigned of all or any part of the business and/or asset of VTM.

The Company will disclose data when required to do so by law and may also disclose such data in

response to requests from law enforcement agencies or other government and regulatory authorities.
